KANDALAY, Afghanistan (Oct. 12, 2010) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Chris Lutton, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18, and a Soldier assigned to the International Security Assistance Force provide medical treatment to a boy near Combat Outpost Kandalay. The boy and his brother were filling a lit kerosene lamp when it exploded. Medical evacuation is not available, so the boys are being treated at the combat outpost.
