俄羅斯不計劃
武力解決人質危機
俄通社─塔斯社週六援引俄羅斯總統普汀的話說，俄羅斯安全部隊並沒有計劃使用武力來結束人質危機。
發生在俄羅斯南部北奧塞梯省的挾持人質事件結束后，普汀乘飛機抵達北奧塞梯省別斯蘭機場，隨即前往醫院探望學校人質事件的傷者及家屬。他在探訪傷者時表示，軍方沒計划使用武力。

據俄通社報導，普汀更到慘劇現場視察。他表示，俄羅斯計原沒有計划使用武力終結事件，曾探討各種方式，但事件的發展太快及突然，而特種部隊亦顯示出無比的勇氣，不幸的是造成重大傷亡。

普汀表示，俄方此次處理人質危機很得力，在突發緊急情況下有力地處理了事件。普汀也下令封鎖該區的邊界，因有三名恐怖份子在營救行動中，矯裝平民逃離現場。

俄通社指出，在事件中有兩百多人死亡，七百多人受傷。特種部隊週五強攻入學校，發生多次爆炸及鎗戰，不少人質自行逃出，他們均是赤身露體，部份人身上更有血跡，情況混亂。

當地官員表示，俄軍事先沒有計划攻入學校，是學校先傳出爆炸聲，鎗手向趁亂逃走的人質開鎗，軍特種部隊為了保護逃走的人質，才開鎗還擊，雙方駁火，俄軍隨即攻入學校救人。

俄軍強攻入學校時，學校體育館天花倒塌，發生大火，當局在里面找到超過一百具尸體，部份人是被壓死的。
