Opel Blitz -W.I.P Pt 2

Thought I'd share a few pictures of how my Blitz is coming along.As you may or may not remember it was a 2nd hand purchase with plenty of problems and items to be repaired. I also now realise this model is one of the early prototypes,its nice to see some of the problems on mine have been sorted - Nice Blitz Mr Bowman ! Anyway, have re-done insignia and made it part of my Grossdeutschland fleet !
Repaired canopy rail supports and weathered canopy.Repaired tailgate brackets, re-attched rear number plate and made some brackets to accept jack which sits ontop of toolbox and added another toolbox to the other side (a little artistic license) I am now in the process of making a jerry can holder which will also be slung underneath. My biggest problem is the leaf springs as these have been bent the wrong way, causing the vehicle to sag and list alittle......too much to do on that score so I'll just enjoy it for now......hope you like !
