US 2nd Armoured Division Tanker, France 1944

Please find below my recently completed US Tanker

I modified a Dam Toys headsculpt and body and used uniform and parts from Battle Gear Toys, DID, Soldier Story and Dragon

I wanted to portray an exhausted, grimy and sweaty tanker re-arming and taking the chance of a quick smoke break

I used a combination of artist's oils, acrylic and enamel paint on the figure and pastel chalks for final weathering

It has been based on a walnut plinth with 2nd Armoured crest
