Hello World!
Just came out of my cave to introduce you my latest effort... Inspired by a Burrows's photo, taken in October 1966, during a firefight near the southern edge of the DMZ, Vietnam.
In that picture Marines wear the typical equipment of early War, but I had to fall back on what the market currently offers... a painful but inevitable compromise.
A special greeting to the Facepoolfigure Staff: I made you wait so long because I wanted using them to the fullest. Thanks guys, you're pumping new blood into the Sixth. Keep on moving!!! In memory of LCpl (USMC) Leland E. Hammond, fallen on that October day, just 19 old, like thousands others before and after him.
