WW2 school display

When my first daughter got into high school her history teacher found out that I had a collection of WW2 militaria and asked me if I would bring some stuff into school,I asked the superintendent what I would be allowed to bring in,he said "I don't care as long as there isn't any live ammo"! For a couple of years I did class room displays then one year he saw my half-track in one of the parades and asked if I could bring it to school! Then he retired and the teacher that took over didn't care if the kids enjoyed themselves,but this year we got a fresh out of collage teacher,he is still enthusiastic about teaching and was thrilled when I told him I would do a class room display for him,he was one of the student that saw my earlier displays, so yesterday I hauled a carload of weapons and gear into school,I also took my Sherman and Tiger 1 models so they could get a better understand of what we were up against during the war! The kids were great,asked a lot of good questions and paid attention,I even had other teachers come in for a class,it was grades 7-12,I was there all day,so far I haven't heard about any parents complaining!
