4th Armored Division Staff Sergeant - ETO Winter 1944 - 1945

I initially put this guy together for the SSCC's January 2017 club meeting and decided to tinker with him a bit for the club's January 2018 club meeting. I'm posting the photos from the figure from each meeting for comparison - see below. The biggest change is taking the chest of the figure to a belt sander for the 2018 'bash - something that most figures need - which allows the tanker jacket to lay a bit flatter but requires a wool shirt underneath the jacket to pad the jacket out sufficiently (same with the tanker bibs - but I used a pair of US wool trousers underneath the tanker bibs on both figures). I'd like to tinker with him a bit more to finish him out from his current state - maybe one day?

I've done some minor updates to this figure - namely added the zipper pulls to his second pattern winter combat trousers and painting the rubber lowers on his shoepacs.
