" We got 'em on the run" Royal Winnipeg Rifles 1944

Boy, it's been so long since I posted anything I almost forgot how to!! Anyways, here is a Canuck I finally finished up. He has been a work in progress for such a long time and I am now done with him. I just could not seem to get him done. I have always loved this sculpt from Tony and I wanted to portray a Royal Winnipeg rifles soldier somewhere in Normandy. I wanted him to look confidant in that they now had the germans on the run and were now going to get the upper hand. I think it's pretty easy to see the accessories I used and they are a little mixture of all the companies. My favourite part of this figure is that I used Tony Bartons tutorial for remaking the webgear from scratch, not the pouches or the pack but all the others and also Richie Elbournes buckles and tab ends. Thank you Tony for sharing your tutorial with all of us so that we can take advantage of producing a much nicer looking webgear and more to scale.

Well, enough babbling on as I don't want to bore you guys to death!!
