2013年を振り返って、印象に残るエピソード。
ホットトイズの2013年は、『アイアンマン』の年だった、といえます。
映画『アイアンマン3』の反響とともに、
我々が愛をこめて開発した関連製品のラインナップに対する
お客様の反応が非常に良く、大変驚きました。
さらに、忘れられない思い出となったのは、
東京・原宿で開催されたイベント「アイアンマン300％」ですね。
香港や他の主要都市でも、さまざまな『アイアンマン』イベントを開催しましたが、
日本の独自企画が加味されたこのイベントは、本当に面白かったです。
2014年の目標・抱負。
2014年はとてもエキサイティングな年になると思います。
『アイアンマン３』はさらに続きますが、それを超える展開が待っています！
個人的に楽しみにしている、新たな『マーベル』作品からもいくつか発表予定ですし、
『バットマン リターンズ』『バック・トゥ・ザ・フューチャー』といった、
ハリウッド名作も展開予定です。
ホットトイズ全体の目標としては、
ハードルを高く設定されたお客様のご要望に対し、
製品でお応えできる年にしていきたいですね。
新商品に向けてさまざまな新しいアイデアがありますので、
それを形にするべく、チャレンジしつづけていきたいと思います。
『アイアンマン3』、今後のアイテム。
現在、立体化していないパワードスーツが、まだ数多くあります。
皆様が応援を続けてくださり、最後までお付き合いいただければ、
マーク42までの「すべて」を、立体化したいと考えています！
