模型制作中使用粉彩的由来

在模型制作中使用粉彩的技法已经有多年的历史了。Verlinden首先在车辆模型上使用了蜡笔粉末。其实这也不是什么新技法，早就有人用它来模拟尘土的效果了。我曾经用母亲的化妆品来制造类似效果，结果老妈发火了。后来我发现了粉蜡笔，我将粉彩条在砂纸上研磨得到的粉末用在了模型上。
几年后，我发现日本的模型制作者使用了矿物颜料粉末。最后，我决定生产自己的粉彩颜料。
如今，许多模型制作者在使用粉彩，有些人已经离不开粉彩了。

粉彩的秘密
美术用品商店里出售的只是些基本的颜色，而模型制作需要特殊的色彩。我们不可能只用黄色和蓝色这样的基本色来制造出尘土的效果。粉彩的秘密不在其本身的特性如何、而在于怎样将不同颜色的粉彩混合，来制造出所需要的效果。而这也正是粉彩复杂的地方。
请记住，我们使用的粉彩的颜色是很重要的，同理，这些粉彩也必须是高品质的。

粉彩能制造出什么效果？

灰尘、泥土、锈迹、烟尘、灰烬、污渍、水渍等等效果都可通过粉彩实现。尽情发挥你的想象力吧。下图给出了一些制作实例：

粉彩技法简单么？

使用粉彩时的技法多种多样，有些很简单，而其余的却相当复杂。一般来说，使用粉彩可以迅速地获得不错的效果。实际上，使用粉彩制造尘土效果比以前的技法要快得多。因此，模型快枪手和初学者可以选择使用粉彩。高手们也可以利用粉彩来丰富自己的技巧。

基础的粉彩技法

粉彩有两种基本的用法：
1.直接使用；
2.混合使用。

直接使用时，可以直接用画笔来制造如下效果：

沙尘：在无光泽表面上直接使用。如果在光泽表面上使用，则粉彩效果会随时间而消退。如下图：

烟尘：直接使用黑色粉彩。如下图：

锈迹：如散热管或废弃车辆。如下图：

履带：直接在履带上使用锈色粉彩，可以得到非常好的效果。如下图：

飞机上的污渍：使用不同比例混合的灰色和棕色，可以在飞机不同部位获得不同的细微效果。如下四图：

废墟：制造废墟尘土的最好办法就是直接使用粉彩。

将粉彩与其它产品混合使用，可以制造出如下所列效果：

干土（欧洲）：泥土在车辆上干燥后，其效果不同于沙尘。要用深咖啡色粉彩，用画笔蘸几滴松节油涂在车辆表面。松节油是为了让粉彩附着在车辆表面。如下三图：

灰烬：混合黑色和白色粉彩，在负重轮下堆积少许，也可用在木头或橡胶的地方。同样，也要滴几滴松节油。如下图：
