把英国版的L1A1改成澳洲版，其实多数时间花在等待颜料风干。仿木制部件先用雕刻刀造出破损痕迹（参考过真实照片，也是满身伤痕），再用钢丝刷划过，然后用1000号沙纸打磨，再来就是模型漆50%褐色+50%卡其色喷笔上色，干燥后喷一层保护漆，放置一晚，再用电油调开油画深褐+黑色，渍洗一遍，衬颜料干前以面纸巾轻轻擦拭，即可。
